Ancestral Reverence Mentorship
—An Online Group Experience—
We all have wise and loving ancestors. By learning how to relate and connect with your matrilineal and patrilineal ancestors, you strengthen a deeper sense of integrative wholeness and belonging. You are the ancestors. Your life is the living expression of their intelligence and legacy.
This group mentorship gives you the encouragement and guidance to make somatic and ritualistic contact with your ancestral lines. Through attunement practices, guided embodied journeys, and sacred questing, we create a bridge that helps you deepen your relationship with your ancestral kin while making space to honor your lineages’ healing movement through you.

MENTORSHIP Phases
phase One
In this opening phase of the mentorship, we begin by honoring the three most recent generations of your lineage—your parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. You'll be guided to craft your ritualistic introductions as a foundation for meaningful connection. With care and discernment, you’ll assess the health of your maternal line and choose whether to attune to your mother’s mother’s people or her father’s people. This phase culminates in the creation of an illuminated altar dedicated to your Mother’s People, inviting their wisdom and support into your space and life.
Phase Two
In this second phase, we introduce somatic attunement practices designed to strengthen your grounding and expand your extra-sensory perception—building the embodied sensitivity needed for ancestral connection. You’ll be invited to re-claim or re-envision your birth story as a sacred entry point into this life, exploring how your arrival shapes your relationship with lineage. The journey with your mother’s line continues, deepening your connection with her ancestors and further tending the altar space as a living portal for reverence, listening, and communion.
Phase Three
In this third phase, we explore the Three Primary Gateways of ancestral attunement: the Head, the Heart, and the Base. These energetic centers serve as portals for receiving ancestral wisdom and grounding it into your lived experience. Attention then turns to your paternal lineage, where you’ll assess the health of your father’s line and choose to attune either to his mother’s people or his father’s people. This phase culminates in the creation of an illuminated altar dedicated to your Father’s People, opening space for relationship, guidance, and remembrance.
Phase Four
In this fourth phase, we align with the layered intelligence of the Temporal, Causal, and Ancestral planes—recognizing how time, spirit, and lineage interweave within and around us. You'll be guided to attune to inherited disruptions, behavioral patterns, and core beliefs that shape your biographical and intergenerational story. As we deepen into the father’s line, you’ll continue tending the ancestral altar and relationship, inviting clarity, healing, and resonance within the living field of your paternal lineage.
Phase Five
In this fifth phase, we focus on strengthening your “Priming of the Field” practice—deepening your capacity to enter sacred space with clarity, consistency, and intention. You’ll be invited to choose one ancestral line—either from your mother’s people or your father’s people—to walk with over the next 13 lunar cycles. This commitment becomes a vessel for long-term relationship and reverence. We also explore the reciprocal power of making offerings, recognizing them as a vital exchange that nourishes both you and the ancestors across the veil.
Phase Six
This phase brings the mentorship to a sacred culmination by exploring prayer as a powerful bridge between the physical and non-physical realms. We will honor the recently departed, acknowledging the liminal space they occupy and inviting their wisdom into our ongoing ancestral dialogue. Participants will consecrate an ancestral amulet—an embodied, ritual object that carries the imprint of connection and intention. The journey concludes with a closing ceremony to integrate the work, seal the container, and offer gratitude to the ancestors and the shared field we’ve cultivated together.
“Ancestral Reverence is a powerful supportive group field that weaves your mythic story to that of your ancestral roots, merging past and present into a cohesive dance. You’ll walk away feeling empowered to connect with your lineages and have the tools to create more wholeness in your life. ”

“The Ancestral Reverence Mentorship is a powerful entry mechanism into your past. If you are compelled to explore and reconnect with your family’s ancient wisdom, Solea’s program will help you to achieve a deeper understanding of the resonant effects of those energies still percolating inside you. ”
Ancestral Altars from Previous Cohorts
Altar tending is a foundational practice within the mentorship, serving as a living bridge between you and your ancestors. It anchors the unseen into the seen, providing a physical and energetic space for connection, communication, and reciprocity. Through consistent care and presence, the altar becomes both a sanctuary and a mirror—reflecting your commitment to relationship, reverence, and healing across time and lineage.
The Aim of the Ancestral Reverence Mentorship is to support you in:
Deepening your connection with matrilineal and patrilineal ancestors through ritual and somatic practice
Cultivating a stable, ongoing relationship with your wise and well ancestors
Developing personalized practices of ancestral reverence—altars, offerings, and embodied prayer
Strengthening your somatic awareness as a tool for ancestral attunement
Building relational resilience through group witnessing and shared sacred space
Honoring the healing movement of your lineages as it flows through your life and body
Reclaiming your place in the living web of ancestral and spiritual belonging
“This mentorship has changed the way I sense into my ancestors, above and below.
I am in deep gratitude for having been part of it and would always come back to these soulful, ressourcing ritualistic practices with Solea. ”
Solea Anani
Welcome, I am Solea Anani, your guide through this ritualistic arc. I relate to the ancestral realm as a living resource bestowed with blessings and wisdom keepers. A powerful and deeply nourishing relationship is possible with the ancestors— aligning your will with sincere intent opens the gateway to connection. I am a ritualist, somatic guide, and mentor devoted to helping others remember their place in the living web of lineage.
Rooted in the teachings of animism, mysticism, and depth psychology, I support individuals and groups in cultivating embodied, reverent relationships with their ancestors through ritual, somatic meditation, and ancestral healing practices. My work invites the sacred into the everyday and opens a path of coherence, belonging, and spiritual integrity.
Experiential Guided Meditation
Connecting with the Ancestors
In this 53-minute practice, we relate to the primordial nature of the physical channel. We align with the movement of the breath to synchronize deeper with the Earth. From embodiment, I guide you to connect with the wise and healthy ancestors in your matrilineal and patrilineal lineages. We then attune toward the front of the body, relating to it as the future we are walking into. The practice completes by connecting the ancestral plane behind the body, the body as present vessel, and the intelligence of the future before us—a triad of continuity that restores the flow of life through past, present, and becoming.
“I’ve done significant ancestral healing work with two other practitioners and “psychic training” (chakras & intuition) for 5+ years in Denver, and the way you brought things into our bodies and our homes made it feel much more commonplace and accessible to connect with our ancestors in our day-to-day lives (rather than something we have to be in a meditative state to do). The work has felt very palpable and powerful”
