Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling |
You may reschedule your session up to 2 hours in advance using the rescheduling link in your confirmation email.

• You can reschedule a maximum of three times.

Cancellations |
You can cancel your session through the confirmation email link or by contacting me directly at solea@living-anam.com.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the session are fully refundable.

• Cancellations made 2 – 6 days before the session are 50% refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 2 days before the session are non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable except in the event of a verifiable emergency.

Monthly Plans |
You may unsubscribe from a monthly plan at any time. However, completed installments are non-refundable.

Mentorship Programs |
For individual or group mentorships, please refer to your program agreement for specific rescheduling and cancellation terms.

These sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a serious health imbalance, please see a doctor or other appropriate professional, and make complementary healing part of a complete healthcare program.
