Somatic Attunement Meditation
Somatic Attunement Meditation is a contemplative, non-dogmatic practice that places embodiment at the center of spiritual emergence. In this practice, the body—the Soma—is regarded as an intelligent, resonant organism, continuously emitting and responding to patterns of vibration, movement, and sensation. Rather than approaching the body as something to control or transcend, we cultivate an intimate relationship with it as a living conduit of awareness, a threshold between the visible and the unseen.
Through guided meditations, subtle somatic inquiries, and collective attunement, we learn to listen beneath thought and story into the nuances of sensation that quietly shape our nervous system and inner life. We attune to the micro-movements of the physical and energetic body, noticing how resonance communicates, where contraction concentrates, and how presence itself opens when given space and attention. This process strengthens our groundedness, awakens subtle-body competencies, and nurtures a felt sense of safety and belonging in our own being.
Over time, practitioners often discover that this practice not only regulates the nervous system but also re-orients the way they relate to the world—inviting more coherence, receptivity, and depth in daily life. Somatic Attunement becomes a living ritual of return—an invitation to dwell in the body as sanctuary, to experience awareness as a luminous field of consciousness, and to remember the innate intelligence that threads through all of life.

Somatic Attunement Meditation Collective
The Somatic Attunement Meditation Collective is a space for our global community to gather and practice together in presence, embodiment, and subtle-body awareness. It is a slow, connective experience—part meditation, part somatic exploration, part collective attunement. Through this practice, we cultivate a deeper relationship with our inner sensations, natural rhythms, relational patterns, and energetic field.
All levels of meditators are welcome.

Meditation TEacher
Hi, I’m Solea, and I’ll be guiding you through these introspective, deep-sensing practices. I’ve lived in many parts of the world, but meditation has always been my home base. I created Somatic Attunement Meditation through 15 years of practice in the Zen, Tibetan, and Vajrayana traditions, woven together with my own embodied wisdom.
I believe that when we surrender our will to the intelligence of the body, its magnetic current guides us in an emergent way.
