Somatic Attunement Meditation Collective
The Somatic Attunement Meditation Collective’s main intent is to create a space for our global community to meet and practice together in a field of presence, embodiment, and subtle-body listening. It is a slow connective space—part meditation, part somatic sensing, part field of collective attunement. Through the practice, we create an environment to more directly relate with our inner sensations, rhythms, relational aspects, and energetic field.
The collective hosts a group of Somatic Attunement practitioners dedicated to training their subtle body competencies and developing a deeper ground of being. Over time, many find themselves:
More rooted in their felt life, with increased subtle bodily awareness
More skilled at staying with discomfort or activation without getting absorbed by it
More able to sense into transitions, inner signals, and decision points before acting
More willing to receive rest, presence, and deep nourishment without rushing or performance
More connected to what sustains them, rather than what distracts or depletes

Meditation TEacher
Hi, I’m Solea, and I’ll be guiding you through these introspective, deep-sensing practices. I’ve lived in many parts of the world, but meditation has always been my home base. I created Somatic Attunement Meditation through 15 years of practice in the Zen, Tibetan, and Vajrayana traditions, woven together with my own embodied wisdom.
I believe that when we surrender our will to the intelligence of the body, its magnetic current guides us in an emergent way.
