The Telegram group thread generates connectivity and group cohesion in between sessions. Please share your questions, points of inspiration, and pictures of your altars and offerings.
You are welcome to schedule the 1:1 session, which is included in the mentorship, at any point in the 3-month journey. In this 1:1 session, we engage with the content arising from your ancestral practices. I provide individual support to help you better attune to your unique quest, offer intuitive guidance, and offer curated rituals and practices.
SESSION ONE PRACTICES AND POINTS OF AWARENESS
¬ Write down your ritualistic introduction as follows:
My name is ____________. I am the daughter of ___________(Mother’s Maiden Name) and __________(Father’s Name). On my mother’s line, I am the granddaughter of __________ and __________. On my father’s line, I am the granddaughter of __________ and __________.
Using the information on this website, add the indigenous names of the lands where you were born and where you live to your ritualistic introduction. Follow this example:
I was born in __________________, land of the ______________peoples. I live in _______________ land of the ___________ peoples. (Alternatively you can include the names of plants, bodies of water, and animals that are native to the lands you were born in and currently reside.)
My mother’s line descends from ___________ and ___________. My father’s line descends from ____________ and ___________.
Consider framing your Ritualistic Introduction and placing it close to your ancestral altar.
¬ Follow your intuition or the step-by-step instructions in the Creating an Illuminated Altar eBook (find download below) and create a simple altar dedicated to your lineage of choice and invite them to use it as a window between the ancestral and temporal planes. Before you open the altar, take a picture of it and share it on the Telegram thread for creative collaborative inspiration.
¬ Connect with the front left or front right and invite your ancestors to come through during your meditation practices and altar attunement practices. Use the invocation referenced below or create your own.
¬ Practice priming the field in preparation to make contact— include connecting with the navel and base as a team as you attune to the central channel that connects the primary gateways —the head, the heart, and the base.
Ancestral Invocation
I call upon the wise and healthy ancestors connected to this lineage. My intention is to attune and collaborate with a lineage that is in accordance with my current evolutionary stage. I ask for your support in assessing the health and availability of this lineage. I offer my physical, mental, emotional and visual intelligence as channels of communication. ( You can also offer just one or two channels)

SESSION Two PRACTICES AND POINTS OF AWARENESS
Re-connect with your reclaimed birth story and add any additional details that emerge. Write the new version down, paint a picture depicting the change, or create a ritual that invites the changes into direct experience.
Practice saying your ritualistic (Mother’s Line Version) introduction out loud while noticing somatic impressions, feelings, and visions:
My name is ____________. I am the daughter of ___________(Mother’s Maiden Name). I am the granddaughter of __________(Maternal Grandmother’s Name) and __________(Maternal Grandfather’s Name).
I was born in __________________, land of the ______________peoples. I live in _______________ land of the ___________ peoples. (If you do not know the name of the people use the names of trees, waterways, and land spirits)
Spend 5m-30m engaging with your mother’s people’s ancestral altar. Open your field, ask questions, bring offerings, sing, and express your intent to deepen your bond.
In your meditation practices or while in contemplation explore your relationship to your body in relation to your soul, will, and karmic net.

SESSION Three PRACTICES AND POINTS OF AWARENESS
Continue attuning to your mother’s lineage through the altar, in direct conversation or in your contemplation practices.
Reflect on the notes you made about the disruptions in your line and how they show up on an individual level. Delineate which practices will help you bring restoration to the disruptions.
Practice asking the ancestors to support you in an area of life where you need grounding, healing, or inspiration.

SESSION Four PRACTICES AND POINTS OF AWARENESS
Follow your intuition or the step-by-step instructions in the Creating an Illuminated Altar eBook and create a simple altar dedicated to your lineage of choice and invite them to use it as a window between the ancestral and physical planes. Before you open the altar, take a picture of it and share it in the Telegram thread for co-inspiration.
Gather stories, pictures, and information about your father’s line and add them to your ancestral map.
Using the guiding template below, introduce yourself ritualistically to the nearby bodies of water, trees, and land.
When you have primed the field and have strengthened your anchor invite one ancestor into your body and sustain the connection as long as it feels natural. Reference the ‘ Establishing Connection Guide’ below.

SESSION FIVE PRACTICES AND POINTS OF AWARENESS
Engage in rituals that honor the recently dead. Ask the ancestors to support their continued path and ask them to bless those in the spirit world, those currently alive, and those yet to come.
I encourage you to work with this lineage for at least 13 lunar cycles so make sure to choose an area in your home where the altar can ground and grow. Track the 13 Lunar Cycles Here.
When you ask your ancestors yes or no questions, indicate to create a sensation on the left for yes and the right for no.
Create or acquire a talisman to consecrate as your ancestral power tool during our closing ritual.
SESSION Six PRACTICES AND POINTS OF AWARENESS
Find ways to connect and empower your amulet. The possibilities are endless, from submerging them in the river or ocean to leaving them in the sun or full moonlight, or hanging them on a tree for a few days. Let your creativity guide you.
Find creative ways to engage with the affinity spirits that were shown to you. Go through the session’s guided practice and seek to get information about another affinity spirit, plant medicine, or deity your lineages are in relationship with. See Examples.

BILATERAL MUSIC FROM A NAGADO DAIKO DRUM
This Bilateral music from an 800lbs Nagado Daiko is set to beat at 60 beats per minute and pans between the left and right ears. Playing this music while listening to the guided ritual journeys supports steady brainwaves as you connect with the astral and ancestral planes.
For the most optimal experience, I recommend headphones. You can play both audio tracks at the same time from different windows.

Ancestral Meditation Practices
In this meditation practice, we relate to the primordial nature of the physical channel. We align with the movement of the breath to synchronize deeper with the earth. From embodiment, I guide you to connect with your wise and healthy ancestors in your matrilineal and patrilineal lineages.
In this meditation practice, we focused on deep embodiment followed by an exploration of space within and throughout the body. We then primed the field and connected with the ancestors. Once an active line of communication was established we asked the ancestors for support and inspiration.
SOMATIC ATTUNEMENT
The Somatic Attunement Portal offers you visual and audio resources to help you develop you subtle body competencies. Being able to center, ground and open your channels of perceptions helps you refine the mediums of communications to better attune to your ancestors and linage wisdom.

SOMATIC ATTUNEMENT meditation
Somatic Attunement Meditation is a non-dogmatic contemplative practice that focuses on relating to awareness as a conduit of consciousness. In this practice, we relate to the body—the Soma— as an intelligent organism that emits resonance. Through the process of attuning to patterns of movement within the physical and energetic dimensions, we aim to strengthen groundedness, develop subtle body competencies, and create an introspective relationship with the body.

Ancestral Teachings
MALIDOMA SOMÉ | THE ANCESTORS' GIFT OF HEALING
“The ancestors are in a timeless place. In their eyes, you are the future and you look at them as the past. They see the combination of you and them as the combination of the past, present, and future happening at once.”
BAYO AKOMOLAFE | LET US MAKE SANCTUARY
In this special session, Bayo explains one of his oft-quoted sayings, “The times are urgent; let us slow down” and how sanctuary is where slowing down happens.
MARTÍN PRECHTEL | GRIEF AND PRAISE
Martín Prechtel offers a lively and profound exploration of grief and praise—which in his Tzutujil Mayan culture are different words for the same thing. He offers advice on how to achieve 'true grief' and 'true praise,' through awareness of beauty and mortality.
