Ancestral Reverence portal
Cohort VI
The Ancestral Reverence Portal gathers all materials from the mentorship in one place. You’ll have access to class recordings, somatic practices, triad prompts, and supporting resources designed to help you deepen your engagement and integration throughout the journey. The portal will continue to grow as the mentorship unfolds—return often to explore new additions.
Ancestral Reverence Retreat Dates
Meeting via ZOOM — Sundays from 9:00a -12:00p MDT
Each gathering is both teaching and ritual — a time to step gently across the threshold into the ancestral field. You are invited to create a sacred space wherever you are: light a candle, center your body, and place a simple food offering in gratitude to your ancestors. These small acts of devotion open the way for their wisdom to move through you.
Jan. 11th
Use this Zoom link for the Sunday sessions, 1:1 Support Meeting and the Meditation Classes.
This group thread is our shared space for connection — a place to ask questions, exchange insights, and share inspiration. It’s also where I’ll post weekly triad prompts and communicate any practical details about the mentorship.
Each participant receives a one-on-one session to deepen their ancestral exploration. This private session offers space to clarify what’s arising in your lineage work, receive intuitive reflection, and attune to the next layer of integration within your ancestral field.

SESSION ONE PRACTICES
Find creative ways to connect with your Ritualistic Introduction. If it feels in alignment, complete areas that are blank or attune with presence to the absence. Practice saying it out loud and consider framing it and placing it close to your ancestral altar.
Follow your intuition or the step-by-step instructions in the Creating an Illuminated Altar eBook (find the download below) and create a simple altar dedicated to your lineage of choice. Invite them to use it as a window in between the ancestral and temporal planes. Before you open the altar, take a picture of it and share it on the Telegram thread for creative collaborative inspiration.
Connect with the front left or front right and invite your ancestors to come through during your meditation practices and altar attunement practices. Use the invocation referenced below or create your own.
Practice priming the field in preparation to make contact— include connecting with the navel and base as a team as you attune to the central channel that connects the primary gateways —the head, the heart, and the base.
Ancestral Invocation
I attune with the wise and integral ancestors connected to my ___________ (Mother’s mother’s people or Mother’s Father’s People). I align only with those who have transformed into a life-giving power. My intention is to collaborate with a lineage that is in accordance with my current evolutionary stage. I offer my_____________( physical, mental, emotional or visual channel/s) as a medium of communication.
Visual Teachings | I
Three Realms
The inner circles represent those in the world of form. The second circle in black are the recently departed. The golden oval is the realm of the Integral Ancestors.
Multiple Conceptions
Connecting with the recent descendants in both lines.
Dimensions of Attunement
This visual connects the primary dimensions we attune to during the ritualistic attunement practice. Radiating from inner to outer, there is the Soul, Temporal, Energetic Field, Astral, Ancestral, and the Primordial Field.
Channels of Communication
This visual representation models the four primary channels of communication/perceptions— the physical, mental, emotional, and visual.
Access the session slides Here.
Session One | Applied Practice
This is an optional practice offered for deeper integration, each step building upon the last as we move through our three-month journey.
Lineage Mapping
What surnames, regions, or migrations do you already know from both maternal and paternal lines?
Are there stories of movement — exile, pilgrimage, or settlement — that shaped your family’s geography?
Create a visual map or lineage tree, leaving open space for the “unknowns.”
SESSION Two PRACTICES
Re-connect with your reclaimed birth story and add any additional details that emerge. Write the new version down, paint a picture depicting the change, or create a ritual that invites the changes into direct experience.
Practice saying your ritualistic (Mother’s Line Version) introduction out loud while noticing somatic impressions, feelings, and visions:
My name is ____________. I am the daughter/son/child of ___________(Mother’s Maiden Name). I am the granddaughter/grandson/grandchild of __________(Maternal Grandmother’s Name) and __________(Maternal Grandfather’s Name).
I was born in __________________, land of the ______________peoples, surrounded by ______________(trees, waterways, and land spirits). I live in _______________ land of the ___________ peoples, surrounded by ______________(trees, waterways, and land spirits).
Spend 5m-30m engaging with your mother’s people’s ancestral altar. Open your field, ask questions, bring offerings, sing, and express your intent to deepen your bond.
In your meditation practices or while in contemplation, explore your relationship to your body in relation to your soul, body, will, and karmic net.
Visual Teachings | II
Soul, Body, Will, and Karmic Net
The will creating a bridge between the physical and astral plane.
Access the session slides Here.
Session Two | Applied Practice
This is an optional practice offered for deeper integration, each step building upon the last as we move through our three-month journey.
Stories That Survive
What are the earliest family stories you remember hearing? Who told them, and in what tone?
What emotions or archetypes repeat across generations (e.g., healer, wanderer, protector, artist)?
Which stories have been silenced, forgotten, or avoided?
Mother’s Line Altars
SESSION Three PRACTICES
Reflect on the Initiatory Elements of Ancestral Reverence and notice, through direct experience, which attunement layers feel refined and which ones still need grounding.
Create space to reverently close the altar dedicated to your Mother’s line. Reflect and acknowledge what they have shown you thus far, and visualize the teachings and blessings grounding through your body into the earth.
Follow your intuition or the step-by-step instructions in the Creating an Illuminated Altar eBook (available for download below) to create a simple altar dedicated to your chosen lineage. Invite them to use it as a window in between the ancestral and temporal planes. Before you open the altar, take a picture of it and share it on the Telegram thread for creative collaborative inspiration.
Practice asking the ancestors to support you in an area of life where you need grounding, healing, or inspiration.
Visual Teachings | III
Session Three | Applied Practice
This is an optional practice offered for deeper integration, each step building upon the last as we move through our three-month journey.
Cultural and Elemental Roots
What landscapes, languages, and spiritual traditions shaped your ancestors’ worldview?
What foods, rituals, or songs carry the essence of your lineage?
Which natural elements — mountain, river, ocean, forest — feel most like “home” when you connect to your ancestry?
Father’s Line Altars
Session Four Practices
Reflect on the notes you made about the disruptions in your line and how they show up on the individual level. Delineate which practices will help you bring restoration to the disruptions.
In the upcoming days, track how the ancestral disruptions and fragmentations revealed during the ritualistic practices arise at a personal level in your day-to-day life.
Spend 5m-30m engaging with your father’s people’s ancestral altar. Open your field, ask questions, bring offerings, sing, relate with your people, and express your intent to deepen your bond.
Strengthen your somatic attunement by relating to your body as an extension of the earth and synchronize your awareness with the planet as an expanded shared container and receptor.
Visual Teachings | IV
Session Four | Applied Practice
This is an optional practice offered for deeper integration, each step building upon the last as we move through our three-month journey.
Inherited Patterns
What generational patterns do you recognize repeating in your family (e.g., relationships, health, creativity, money)?
Where do you feel these imprints in your body?
How might you become the one who transforms or completes a pattern?
Session Five Practices
Follow your intuition or the step-by-step instructions in the Creating an Illuminated Altar eBook to create a simple altar dedicated to your chosen lineage, and invite them to use it as a window between the ancestral and physical planes. Before you open the altar, take a picture of it and share it in the Telegram thread for co-inspiration.
I encourage you to work with this lineage for at least 13 lunar cycles; therefore, I advise you to choose an area in your home where the altar can ground and grow. We completed the ritualistic attunement on the first quarter moon on Dec. 28th. The 13th quarter moon completes on January 15th, 2027. Track the 13 Lunar Cycles Here.
Review the Establishing Connection guide below and practice inviting the ancestors into your energy field. When you ask your ancestors yes or no questions, indicate to create a sensation on the left for yes and the right for no.
Create or acquire a talisman to consecrate as your ancestral power tool during our closing ritual.

Ancestral Meditation Practices
Opening a Channel into the Ancestral Plane | 40 Minutes
In this practice, I guide you to connect with the ancestral plane through a somatic attunement process, inviting you to meet an ancestor who can offer stability and support for your current life journey.
Ancestral Connection | 53 Minutes
In this practice, we relate to the primordial nature of the physical channel. We align with the movement of the breath to synchronize deeper with the Earth. From embodiment, I guide you to connect with the wise and healthy ancestors in your matrilineal and patrilineal lineages. We then attune toward the front of the body, relating to it as the future we are walking into. The practice completes by connecting the ancestral plane behind the body, the body as present vessel, and the intelligence of the future before us—a triad of continuity that restores the flow of life through past, present, and becoming.
Priming the Field for Ancestral Contact | 60 Minutes
In this meditation practice, we focus on deep embodiment followed by an exploration of space within and throughout the body. We then prime the field and connect with the well ancestors. Once an active line of communication is established, we ask the ancestors for support and inspiration.
SOMATIC ATTUNEMENT Portal
The Somatic Attunement Portal offers you visual and audio resources to help you develop you subtle body competencies. Being able to center, ground and open your channels of perceptions helps you refine the mediums of communications to better attune to your ancestors and linage wisdom.

SOMATIC ATTUNEMENT meditation classes
Somatic Attunement Meditation is a non-dogmatic contemplative practice that focuses on relating to awareness as a conduit of consciousness. In this practice, we relate to the body—the Soma— as an intelligent organism that emits resonance. Through the process of attuning to patterns of movement within the physical and energetic dimensions, we aim to strengthen groundedness, develop subtle body competencies, and create an introspective relationship with the body.

The Eternal Song
The Eternal Song is a cinematic prayer—a journey across timeless lands, sacred cultures, and the healing currents of ancestral wisdom. Through the voices of Indigenous Elders, healers, and communities around the world, we bear witness to the ongoing scars of colonization, the resilient spirit of Indigenous communities, and the sacred interdependence between all beings. This film is more than a story—it’s an invocation of ancestral healing. It reveals how modernity severs our connection with nature, each other, and our ancestors, while feeding us hollow promises of salvation, unlimited consumption, and individual happiness. Yet within this disconnection lies a deeper remembering. As we are drawn into the intricate web of kinship and the living presence of Mother Earth, we awaken to a sacred rhythm. A dance of reconnection begins, and we hear The Eternal Song—the pulse of Life itself—calling us home.
Malidoma Somé | The Ancestors' Gift of Healing
“The ancestors are in a timeless place. In their eyes, you are the future and you look at them as the past. They see the combination of you and them as the combination of the past, present, and future happening at once.”
Bayo Akomolafe | Let Us Make Sanctuary
Bayo explains one of his oft-quoted sayings, “The times are urgent; let us slow down” and how sanctuary is where slowing down happens.
Martín Prechtel | Grief and Praise
Martín Prechtel offers a lively and profound exploration of grief and praise—which in his Tzutujil Mayan culture are different words for the same thing. He offers advice on how to achieve 'true grief' and 'true praise,' through awareness of beauty and mortality.
BILATERAL MUSIC FROM A NAGADO DAIKO DRUM
This Bilateral music from an 800lbs Nagado Daiko is set to beat at 60 beats per minute and pans between the left and right ears. Playing this music while listening to the guided ritual journeys supports steady brainwaves as you connect with the astral and ancestral planes.
For the most optimal experience, I recommend headphones. You can play both audio tracks at the same time from different windows.
